I am looking for a tab at the top of the page that enables me to create a website. But I don’t see that tab.
What am I missing?
I have tried to delete all plugins to start and it lookslike they are gone but there doesn’t seem to be a button to deactivate or delete. Maybe I have accomplished it but might that be part of the problem?
